Full job requirement taken, site visit if required and discussion
   with decision makers, line management, hr
Agree terms & Conditions and timescales with full proposal
Agree ideal candidate profile

2. Research all possible sources to ascertain initial candidate shortlist

3. In-depth candidate telephone screen or meeting

4. Face to face meeting if required

5. Brief candidates on opportunity

6. Select to shortlist

7. Interview briefing candidate and client
